The payment systems within the project

- System 1: Pay 5% as a reservation and contract down payment of the total unit price, and then another 5% payment as a second payment three months after the date of payment of the first payment, with the rest of the amount to be paid in monthly installments over a full eight years.
- System 2: Payment of a contract down payment of 10% of the unit price to be obtained, and payment of the remaining amount in monthly payments over a period of 10 years.
- System 3: 25% as a down payment without return, and installments are paid after receipt of the unit.
- System 4: 30% contract down payment with a return of 12% until the date of receipt and monthly installments are started after the customer receives his unit.
- System 5: payment of a 35% down payment of the unit price with an immediate return of 14%, with the customer starting to pay the monthly installments after receiving and renting the unit.
- System 6: pay a 40% down payment of the total price with an immediate return of up to 16%, with applying of the rental authorization system, based on paying the installments after the unit has already been received and rented.
It should be noted that Pyramids Business Tower is the company’s latest project to apply the lease and profit authorization system, making it a great opportunity that cannot be easily compensated for customers and investors, due to the offers and facilities offered by the owner.
